Except for the fact I keep forgetting to write my bog on Monday … the year is shaping up nicely. I have two book signings lined up (one in Feb, one in June), I’m writing a poem every day (see Red Crested Poet), and I’m back to work on the WIP (work in progress), the third novel in the Shirley Combs/Dr. Mary Watson mystery series.
Now if only I had a yoga class in my building two or three times a week, I’d be all set. I need to see if I can put that into motion somehow. We have a lovely room that is mostly unused, and I’m betting we have plenty of people who would take said yoga class. What I need is a gentle yoga teacher, and permission from the building management.
How do you take care of your body? Writers often do not get regular exercise, as we’re so devoted to keeping our butts in the chairs in order to write. So, what do YOU do?
