LUCKY SEVEN MEME AWARD

Image

I’ve received the Lucky Seven Meme Award once again, which means I have an opportunity to share some new work with you today. I was nominated this time by Author Peggy Bird whose new book “Beginning Again” can be found on amazon here: http://amzn.to/Nd6kO8. Thank you, Peggy! The rules of #luckyseven are:

  • Go to page 7 or 77 in your current manuscript
  • Go to line 7
  • Post on your blog the next 7 lines or sentences – as they are!!
  • Tag 7 other people to do the same

As I posted yesterday, I just finished a new play. I will post 7 lines from page 7 of Just Like Tennessee:

BO

Sure, let’s talk about theater, then. Were you a born director or what?

ENERO

Let’s do something besides play background check, okay?

BO

Whatever you say. Want another drink?

ENERO

Why don’t we have a nightcap at my place? I mix a mean mojito.

BO

‘K.

ENERO

(to unseen waiter)

Check!

As for my nominations for this award, I choose the following people:

@EarlBRussell for his terrific memoir blog at http://www.earlbrussell.wordpress.com

@karenjeynes for her amazing blog at http://thatwordsite.com/

and finally (not seven! I know) @TamLinsey whose gorgeous website is here: http://www.tamlinsey.com/

Enjoy!
